I was looking for a magnesium product that wasn't a mess and not crazy harsh on my skin. I didn't exactly find it, so I made my own. I added a bit of shea butter to make it easier on the skin and that seems to have worked. I also added arnica and st.johns wort to make this a well rounded muscle ache and cramp support.

Ingredients: Arnica flowers, St. John's Wort flowers, magnesium (magnesium chloride flakes), Peppermint, local beeswax, unrefined Shea Butter, Vit.E (Wheat Germ oil), glycerin. 

Other ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, water, filtered grain alcohol.
